All the digital files and images are protected by United States and international copyright laws. This site is the exclusive property of Bella Rose Images, LLC with copyright authorship for this site by Bella Rose Images, LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

LICENSE: All digital files and designs include a Limited Commercial Use license, unless otherwise stated that the product is Personal Use only. See further information about Personal Use and Limited Commercial Use below.  All video tutorials are personal use only and may not be shared in any way. If you have a Personal Use only license and are using the products in a commercial way, you are violating the copyright and license terms.

Please don't share, distribute or give away the digital files or tutorials to anyone for any reason, even free items. Please direct others to the website to receive the free items. Sharing free items is a violation of the terms of use and copyright.

The copyrights to photographs taken by Bella Rose Images, LLC always remain with Bella Rose Images, LLC. Images may not be reprinted, unless a print release has been granted by Bella Rose Images, LLC. If a print release is granted, the copyright to the images still remains with Bella Rose Images, LLC.

SITE ACCESS: grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Bella Rose Images, LLC.

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our digital, customized, personalized, and clearance products, returns are not accepted for these items. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at 417-693-0792.

If you have ordered a physical product that is not digital, customized, personalized, or a clearance item, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. If the item is unopened and is in resalable condition, a 100% refund of the item cost (not including shipping and handling) will be refunded with the same payment method in which the item was purchased. If the item has been opened and is still in new, resalable condition, the item cost less a 20% restock fee (not including shipping and handling) will be refunded using the same payment method in which the item was purchased. 

PERSONAL USE POLICY:
You MAY:

• Use all designs and files for any personal use project or completed project you give away with no type of consideration received in return. For example, you may make a layout. card, or photo book as a gift to someone else. However, you may not accept payment in any form from that person (including trading for services) for that item without violating this policy.
• Alter the files in any way for your personal use projects.
• Use the designs or images on your own website or in your own printed literature (that is not sold to clients), AS LONG AS credit is given to Bella Rose Images, LLC in the design.. A link to the website www.bellaroseimages.com must also be clearly present in the design.  If either the credit or the link is not given, a Limited Commercial License must be purchased. (The original files, however, must not be made available to others.)

You may NOT:

• Resale or redistribute designs or files in any way, even as flattened files (except as noted above). This includes sharing with family, friends, groups, clubs, or any other organization.
• Alter, modify, or create derivative works and resell or redistribute them in any way as your own.
• Use designs and files in your small/home business on any items for resale.

LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE POLICY:
You MAY:

• Use the purchased designs and files in your small/home business to create items for resale such as cards, image colleges, scrapbook pages, or photo books. Your client must receive a flattened version of the product and not be able to alter the item in any way. You may not give .PSD or .TIFF files (or any other layered file type where the client could alter the product), individual elements, or individual pieces of designs or files.
• Products intended to be cut out and made with SVG cutting files must be fully assembled when sold to your customer. You may not sell pre-cut kit items to customers from our files.
• Use the designs and files to create other products such as printables, lesson plans, worksheets, or other teaching materials for sale on Teachers Pay Teachers, Teachers Notebook,  your own blog, or your own website. The final materials must be distributed in secure PDF or flattened JPEG form. Your customer must also be made aware the materials are for their own classroom use and cannot be redistributed in any way.
• Use the files or designs on your website or in your printed literature without having to give credit. You may also use the designs and files for use in websites or literature you create for others. The customer must be given a flattened image for use. (The original files may NOT be available to your customers or to others.)

You may NOT:

• Distribute the items in any form, except as described above. This includes sharing with family, friends, groups, clubs, or any other organization.
• Claim the files and designs as your own, whether they are altered or not.
• Use the designs and files for mass production or mass re-distribution (any quantity over 200 items).

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY: We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Bella Rose Images, LLC is not responsible for loss and/or damages arising from the use of products purchased from Bella Rose Images LLC.
